All DEC Safety Training LLC training courses can be conducted at your facility or job site. All that is required is a meeting room conducive to training and have the equipment type being trained on. Instructor travel expenses may apply.
The employer shall have each employee who performs work while on an Aerial Work Platform (boom and scissor lift) trained/educated by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of Aerial Work Platform (boom & scissor lift being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards.
This Aerial Work Platform (AWP) safety course is designed for drivers, workers, and supervisors, emphasizing hazard identification and safe work practices that apply to all Aerial Work Platform.

Certification: The employer shall certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (I). OSHA CFR 1910.178 mandates that all businesses with employees that operate forklifts must train and certify those employees in proper, safe operation and handling of the forklift.
An evaluation of each powered industrial truck operator's performance shell be conducted at least once every three years.
